        I placed an order over the pho...

        I placed an order over the phone. The guy who answered the call didn't seem to be very knowledgable about what they offered. I had to repeat my order several times. I was very disappointed to find out they no longer offered the personal pan pans. The price is high if not doing just a hot and ready.
