I am an existing customer with Badcock and I recently went in and purchased a washer. It was to be delivered and I was given a delivery time of 1pm-5pm. The driver came at 12:25pm, without notice he was coming early, and I was not available because I expecting him at 1pm earliest. He knocked but I didn't hear him so he left a nasty message on my phone. I called him back 10 mins later and apologized that I didn't hear him because I wasn't expecting him that early. He told me that he had moved on to the next delivery, which was understandable, and said I wasn't getting my washer because he was taking it back to the store. He was extremely rude and hateful during the call. I called the store and spoke to a sales associate and explained what happened and she was very rude to me also and told me I wasn't getting the washer. The guy that sold me the washer was very nice but these two were so rude and disrespectful, I will never shop with them again.
I contacted their corporate office and they acted like they didn't care. They DO NOT value their customers! I spent 15 years as a manager in retail and you do not treat customers this way!
