Action Flooring Contractors

Absolutely love action flooring! Their employees and owner are outstanding and go above and beyond to please the customer! Their work is so out of this world amazing no other flooring company vouldweven compare!

Was a horrible experience! Company was hired to stain unfinished stairs which after the first day prove to be a disaster. Project had thin stain marks, excess stain, rag marks from application, even an area without stain. When returning the next day, the worker was asked to repair flaws before proceeding to put the ploy down. After an hour and 15 min, went to check and the workers were gone and the poly down. Flaws still there. Owner was contacted to view the problems with the worker who stated they were there over 2 hours and did put another layer of stain down before the poly. After proven that was not the case, the owner decided he didn't want the job anyway and left (it was his son that was the worker). Too many flaws to fix. Now we are talking to several companies on how to fix the problems.

Very disappointed. Among our issues: deceptive price quoting, our house was left a mess (we spent hours cleaning dust and replacing ruined items after sanding), cigarette butts left on our property, improper disposal of waste, and multiple noticeable spots in our new floors that take on the appearance of bubbling. When we asked about these spots, we were told it was "Home Depot" issue with the sealant. When we researched sealants, we were not surprised that Home Depot offers the cheapest brand you can buy compared to Sherwin Williams, etc. We felt like we were lied to and deceived about many parts of our floor process.

Thank You Action Flooring for doing and amazing job on the Installation and Sanding & Refinishing of my Hardwood Floors. They are absolutely beautiful. John and his crew are awesome, they are very polite, informative and professional. Thank you for all your hard work... again the floors are BEAUTIFUL!!!!
