We have been in our CRV for less than a year. Service department noticed a potential problem during a routine service visit. Amanda in the service department asked us to bring it back in two weeks to recheck the issue. Turns out there was an issue with the oil seal. Since the car is still under warranty, it was completely covered. Amanda made sure to get us a rental car, unsure of how long they would have our CRV. I called the service department later the same day and requested, since they had the car, to see if they could remove a stain on the front set. They were happy to do that. Amanda called about 6:45 that evening and said the car was ready. We were expecting to be in the rental for a few days. When we picked up the car the next morning, they had cleaned all of the upholstery, not just the front seat. I would name every person that touched our vehicle if I knew their names! What an awesome service department!

This is the second car I have bought from Hendrick Honda in the past 3 years. Both times I was looking for a particular car and they did not have it at the time I was at the store. But both times they found what I wanted, one time at another Hendrick dealership, and this time the same day they called me about what I wanted that just came in. Everybody from the sales person, service, finance, and every employee you walk past during you time there are so friendly and helpful. They truly make car buying FUN and EASY again. I was visiting from out of town when my Honda CRV started acting up. This was the first time I had any kind of problem with it, in almost 90,000 miles. I was very apprehensive about where to take it, not being familiar with anyone here, and had always heard horror stories about dealerships overcharging and just not doing a good job. Not the case here. They did a thorough check of the car, told me what needed to be fixed immediately and what could wait until I got back home. The finished job was done quickly and was a lot less than what I had expected. Mr, Shirley was absolutely wonderful. I would recommend these guys without hesitation and plan on using them again for general maintenance when I'm in the area. They didn't just get a new local customer...they got one from two states away.
