I love the Eagle River store! I was very impressed and appreciative of "Nathan" who was eager to help me with my situation. He is of the younger generation and I overheard him ask each customer if they were military! I showed him my radiator cap and asked him he could tell tell me if I needed a new one, he not only confirmed my suspicions but also took that extra step to show me how I could tell myself! He even offered to put it on for me, which I thanked him but was able to do myself. I did ask him if he would come outside and assess a situation with me pertaining to a leak. I told him I already had an appointment to put in the shop but was curious as to what he may have thought. Nathan took another step above and beyond what I had expected and asked his supervisor "Phil?" if he would come take a look as well. Phil too was helpful. I so appreciate their knowledge and the way Nathan "over delivered" on my customer experience! I left feeling confident in Nathan's knowledge and passion for his job-he made me feel valued and appreciated and I only spent about $5. I know I can trust him with my money-no matter how big or small the amount! O'Reilly's is the "Go To Place" for Auto Parts, Knowledge and Customer Service! This more mature woman wants to say "THANKS A MILLION NATHAN!"
