North Country Stoves

I thought a wood stove was a wood stove, I was wrong I went into north country stove in eagle river a couple different times looking and asking a ton of questions. Each time I went in they helped me with the facts. We bought a Jotul wood stove and had it installed . Levi and Jason were on time. They covered the floor, cleaned everything up. I like that I bought my stove from North Country Stove and they were also the ones to install it! We will have them come to clean our wood stove every year as well. I would Recommend them to anyone looking for a wood stove or fireplace!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to help me with a stove I brought in that needed to be sandblasted. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are a joke, unfortunatly they sold the stove I wanted. They take your money and thats about it. We had warrenty issues to be dealt with and had to go to another dealer half a state away. They do have some nice products, but the service is poor poor poor. On the day I was to pic up my stove the owner showed up an hour late and hungover, mumbling something about crown royal and a buddy in town. My stove was broken right out of the crate and I battled with them for over two months. The part was supposedly ordered three times and never got it. This is a review for the store in Eagle River, I cant speek for the guys in Anchorage.
