Eagle River Polaris & Arctic Cat

I had a great experience with the purchase of my Ranger. Paul was a pleasure to deal with. He gave me such a good deal I almost felt guilty...... almost............ I called every dealer in the state, but Paul's initial offer was significantly better than anyone else's.

Good initial service, follow up is poor. I ordered an arctic cat, in stock, with additions, including windscreen, hotgrips, and other things. It has been over a month and the wrong windshield came in three weeks later, called, still waiting. At one point a snotty counter young guy told me I was going to have to pay to have my hotgrips, and cargo box put on, even though the original sales was for the machine all put together, and the reciept showed a three hour set up. Still waiting. I have no confidence in this place other than to sell you something, and then SEE YOU LATER!

We asked very black and white, performance oriented questions regarding a new wheeler purchase, comparing 850's Polaris with 550's Polaris and after being pushed toward arctic cat (why sell something you don't want to sell) the sales associate (maybe manager, who knows, he never greeted us or introduced himself) asked if we were "power mongers" for considering the 850. We finally cut it and left when he told me I was trying to push him toward telling me why I needed the 850. Not to mention half of what he said about Polaris was inaccurate. We will not be back and would not recommend this business to anyone.

Most of these guys are pretty good. Most of the time. But you got to watch their service manager Matt to make sure he doesn't sell you something you don't need.

I bought 2 2010 Sportsman 500's from Eagle River Polaris. I have nothing but good things to say. Everything discussed concerning the sale was exactly what was put on paper. I definitely recommend them for all Polaris ATV needs! Thanks for the smooth transaction!
