Founded in 1947, the Eagle Fire Department responds to more than 900 emergency medical and automobile fire calls. The department works with a team of over 30 staff members. It is also engaged in several social and fundraising activities. The Eagle Fire Department provides suppression and emergency medical services to the Eagle Fire Protection District. The department also organizes station tours for day care, community, scout and church groups. It operates an online store that offers hats and T-shirts for volunteers. The Eagle Fire Department operates an over 24,000-square-foot station facility. The department provides safety tips for children. It maintains administration and fire prevention departments.
