The phones I've gotten from here have been good quality. With that being said, if you're in a hurry you should wait until another time to visit this store. Even when you're the only customer being helped, you'll be lucky to get out of there under 20 minutes to 1 hour or more. The sales clerks I've been helped by were nice each time I've gone in for something. I will say that one of the employees who helped me seemed to be kinda on the dumb side. Once he was able to figure out that they didn't stock the items I was looking for, he sent me over to Radio Shack and gave me the exact names of the things to ask for. Well, once I was there, I told them what I needed and they had no idea what I was talking about. They informed me that there were no such items sold by the names I gave them. The thing that makes this even crazier is that he is a former employee of Radio Shack. He should have known these things. But alas, I was made to look a fool. Back to the store itself, if you buy an item off the internet from Verizon, don't be fooled and think you can return it at this store if there is a problem with it. While they do sell the Verizon Wireless service, they are not a Verizon store. So, they can't do returns for Verizon. If you buy a phone from this store, you will have 30 days after purchase that you can return the item if there is a problem. After that, you have to ship it to Verizon. You might want to think about these things when making your purchases.
