In the past, I had been to Physical Therapy of Dyersburg for a sciatic nerve problem. So, when having to choose where I would go for PT this time, I knew exactly where I'd go. The staff here are remarkable. They are very knowledgeable. I did everything they told me in and out of therapy. There is an in-house pool which is so very helpful. Don't ever turn it down if it is recommended. I pushed myself and feel like I accomplished so much. I actually progressed faster than what the surgeons expected. Jeremy graduated in 1999 from South College in Knoxville, TN with an Associates of Applied Science in Physical Therapy. He then went on to obtain his Physical Therapy Assistant license. Jeremy specializes in the treatment of patients through Aquatic Therapy. Jeremy has been employed with Physical Therapy of Dyersburg since 2011.
Manual Therapy
He began practicing physical therapy in 1997 and opened Physical Therapy of Dyersburg, PC in 2005. He has completed a post-graduate certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy through the MAPS organization and received the COMT certification in 2004. Ed has also completed the education and criteria necessary to become a Licensed Massage Therapist. Ed has continued to improve his treatment techniques and knowledge base with various educational opportunities over the last 12 years.

Plantar fasciitis is one of the most common causes of heel pain. It involves pain and inflammation of a thick band of tissue, called the plantar fascia, which runs across the bottom of your foot — connecting your heel bone to your toes. Plantar fasciitis causes stabbing pain that usually occurs with your very first steps in the morning. Once your foot limbers up, the pain of plantar fasciitis normally decreases, but it may return after long periods of standing or after getting up from a seated position.
