        Mr. Agee was born in Dyer County, Tennessee, on January 9, 1949. His parents are the late Martha Nell Vernon Agee and the late, Charles “Buddy” Agee. Mr. Agee has one brother, Dr. Phil Agee, an optometrist in Humboldt, Tennessee, and a sister, the late Debbie Tatum, a nurse formerly employed by Dr. Joseph Wolf, urologist, and the Parkview Hospital, Dyersburg, Tennessee. Mr. Agee graduated from Dyersburg High School, Class of 1967. He graduated from University of Tennessee at Martin obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in the spring of 1973. Upon graduation he was accepted to the University Of Memphis Law School and graduated in May of 1976, graduating 14th out of a class of 189. While a student at the law school, Mr. Agee was a member of the editorial staff of the University of Memphis Law Review.
