elements salon spa retreat

I love coming to elements! I always leave happy no matter who I see!!! I have gotten my eyebrows microbladed and my permanent eyeliner done there also! Everything is always clean and every person there is super friendly!

Elements is a wonderful place I love it there!! The service is amazing and the staff is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about making you happy! I highly recommend Elements Salon and Spa Retreat!

My mother and I have been loyal clients for a long time and now we are taking our business elsewhere. I was told I could get to grey/silver, it would not look exactly like the picture but close. End result was not even close, its green and I paid $130. Instead of getting a refund I decided to get a color correct, maybe it was my hair or something... well itt turned out worse not to mention my hair is damaged and paid $30. When I had asked for a full refund I was given a hard time & only $40. Now I cannot do anything to my hair for a month and half. Absolutely ridiculous, I do not recommend going here at all.

Elements is an all-around wonderful salon. The staff is super friendly and talented and prices are great! I've been getting my hair cut and hair dyed with them since they opened and I've never been disappointed. I definitely recommend it.

Loved my pumpkin facial! Feeling clean and clear! i would love to get one every month because it really makes a difference. My aesthetician was professional and totally made me relax!

I can only comment on the facial. I would NOT recommend. Even though I was not keen on her doing extractions, she assured me that I would not have any redness lasting beyond a couple hours and they she would only extract if "ready." A week after this facial, I have a scar on my face. The spot she squeezed (many times, apologizing that it would not come out, mind you) became infected, scabbed over, and is now a small scar. That is pretty bad from a professional. Not to mention she tried to sell me on their skin care line b/c it was chemical-free, unlike over the counter products, but then in the next breath tried to sell my on Botox. Lastly, she dripped oil into my eye and I had blurry vision in that eye for about 24 hours. Would not get a facial there. Ever.

I went into their newly remodeled building and not only was in beautiful insdide but the staff and girls were amazing. They have wonderful customer service and i left with my hair looking the best it ever has.
