New Lenox Machine Co., Inc. in Dwight, IL, manufactures specialty projectiles for US Army and testing laboratories. Established in 1971, we develop and manufacture the NLMC Powder Breech System used in ballistic testing laboratories, ranging from 5.56mm to 90mm and manufacture a 30mm system capable of launching 20mm FSPs at over 5000 FPS. We also manufacture heavy-duty universal receiver systems that are capable of firing .22 cal to 14.5mm rounds. Rifled gun barrels and smooth bore gun barrels are available in various sizes, calibers, chambers, and twist rates that are for sale to both the general public and private test labs.
