Triangle Implant Center

i had a great experience here in 2015. dental implant done by dr. reebye who was great. it did not hurt a bit to drill into my jaw in order to implant the tooth, and there was only very minor pain afterwards. i did not need the prescribed pain meds, only the first day i took some otc pain medication. i very much liked this office, everybody was super-nice and professional, and they were very good about giving me an accurate up front estimate and with dealing with my insurance. i would recommend this place.

First let me start by saying the professionalism of most of the staff is excellent. also the office is very nice and clean, They don't keep you waiting long and they are responsive to you most of the time.

My complaint is with the transparency of the explanation of procedures and their lack of willingness to resolve complaints.

I went to the dental care center to have a tooth extracted. I informed them I wanted an implant to replace the extracted tooth. I was told the price and told that they would have to assess the ability of my jaw to accept the implant.

They extracted the tooth and placed the implant. I was unaware that they would place the implant in an adjacent missing tooth and not the area they extracted.

I went to have the crown placed on the implant and my insurance company would not pay for the crown because they said the implant was not in the area the tooth was extracted from and I would have to incur the expense of the crown myself ( about $1400).

When I called Triangle to inquire about the possibility of the numbers being wrong and why the doctor would place implant in a previously extracted tooth and not the area he extracted the tooth, The person I was speaking with began to argue with me telling me she was sure I was informed of this. She also said although she did not have the paper work in front of her, she was sure it informed me the implant would be placed elsewhere.

When I explained that was not case and I am not in dental field so I did not have understanding of the significance of placing in adjacent previous extracted tooth she continued arguing with me and essentially telling me too bad I didn't get what I paid for and trusted them to do . That was my fault. I asked how that was fair or decent and she had no answer.

I informed her I would be writing this review and once again I received a snide remark.

This office is nice as long as things are going well. As soon as there is a problem they turn cold and uncaring as well as unwilling to attempt to resolve the issue.

I had 2 extractions and 2 dental implants placed by Dr.Uday Reebye at Triangle Implant Center. Dr.Reebye and his staff did an excellent job from beginning to end of my treatment from front desk to post-op care. I was so impressed by their entire team in all aspects of the experience and I highly recommend their office if you are in need of state of the art dental implants with a caring and professional staff!!! Simply the Best!
