On an extended three week round trip from Phoenix to Denver we encountered electrical problems in Durango, Colorado with our 1995 Roadtrek RV. The dashboard gauge fuse kept blowing. Mike came to our campsite and discovered several electrical issues, both in the house side and the chassis side of our class-B vehicle. A loose connection on the house battery was causing a short; the alternator was not charging properly. Mike replaced the alternator, and while doing a thorough electrical analysis of the charging system on the Chevy's engine, discovered a loose connection to a resistor that had been intermittently shorting and was the ultimate cause of the alternator going bad. No other repair facility (including Chevy dealers) for the past twenty-five years had ever bothered to look this closely at the electrical wiring into and out of the alternator circuit. Mike knows this stuff inside and out. He's fair, honest and upfront with his analysis; and he won't take advantage of you if you're broke down far from home.

We had a newish RV, and weren't all that familiar with all the workings. Anyway to make a long story short it had a reverse osmosis system in the kitchen sink. Something with the RO system was interfering with the water coming into our RV---it was diverting it to our grey tank. We called Mike, and within two hours he was at our little ranch here way out in the middle of nowhere. He had his wife with him and a little dog, and they were courteous and wonderful and most importantly, competent. In an hour or so he had an up-and-running knew everything about our system and gave us such a feeling of comfort knowing that there was someone out there who knew what he was doing and wasn't some fly by Shady con man. My husband and I can't say enough about his professionalism and his knowledge. How refreshing to find an honest hard-working man out there that really is interested in helping you. If you have any issues or problems whatsoever give Mike a call, you will be glad you did.
Professional, knowledgeable, congenial, upfront about everything. You will be glad you called Mike to do your repair. First time I have used this service, but I will be using again. Highly recommended.
