Customer service is great. The company cares about their customers and their patients. The patient care is outstanding. I came into this store because this company supplies my mothers oxygem, and I know they are great because they come every month, sometimes every other month, to service my mothers machine and restock her portable tanks. They never ask for anything or try to push more sales on us. I went into the store to buy a pulse ox spot check since my mothers condition is getting worse. They sold me one at a low cost and even supplied the batteries. It was brand new in the pack. They knew exactly who I was when I walked in the door, and greeted me half way to the door so my mother and I would not have to walk all the way to the front desk. They showed me a few other products that I was interested in and even gave me information on how to possibly get insurance reimbursement on needed items such as rollators.This place was very helpful. I will never go anywhere else.
