Campbell Tire

Don't buy a tire from someone else and expect Campbell's to put it on for you because the owner will tell you if you bought it somewhere else then his prices are not good enough for you! Well the fact of the matter is your prices are not good enough and I will continue to buy online. As Cas Walker would say "We either beat em or meet em!"

I have been to this business a few times and it is best to arrive at opening time. This morning I arrived, told them my problem, and they told me it wasn't actually my tire but the bearings. Glad I went here first----they are always polite and helpful

Was getting a set of 4 tires there was a lady there in desperate need of the same size tires but only 2 of mine were good :-( they gave her a set basically for free just charging $20 to put them on. I paid for that too. They are great there

This was the worst customer service experience I had ever had.... the man there is very unprofessional and needlessly mean I do not recommend ever going there and will gladly pay more and drive further .... Black Kat tire took very good care of my needs and were very kind I highly recommend them

I have been doing business regularly buying excellent used tires from Barry for 9 years straight. i have also purchased 3 sets of new tires in this time frame. in 9 years never have had a rude interaction or a bad tire. every single visit he is always very busy with numerous customers. he has unbeatable prices on new tires, and he is extremely picky about the condition of used tires he sells for $10 mount and balance included. the negative reviews i can only guess is from people who show up near closing time, and acted very rude and belligerent, and even then i have never once seen Barry be rude or turn anybody away. in 9 years of constant business from me and from going on behalf of friends i would have experienced or witnessed what the negative reviews have stated at least once,, but i can honestly say that Barry just isnt that kind of person. His knowledge of his products exceeds the basic knowledge of price that most big stores possess. i live over 45 minutes away from Campbell Tires, yet the quality and treatment by Barry and his employee is ALWAYS worth it hands down. when it comes to quality tires, great prices, and excellent customer service, the long wait is very well worth it. the people that complain about how long it takes a crew of 4, including Barry himself in the middle of it all working right alongside his guys, i very highly doubt would do as good or better if they were a crew of 3 replacing tires on 11 cars back to back. there is usually a wait, but the end result has always been worth it for 9 years and counting.

I left my truck while i was at a meeting and it was completed upon my return. No way you can beat their prices but be patient because the are busy because of the good prices. Best option is arrive at opening time.

This is the rudest business in Dunlap. We had always had our tires delivered and mounted here but this week, he refused the tires without notice. UPS has a policy that commercial deliveries can't be picked up by anyone else so we had to scramble to keep them from being returned. We used to buy tires for one vehicle from him, but not anymore.

I went there this morning to get a tire. When I got there I was asked by the owner what I needed. I started to answer and I was answered with "I don't care what you just need we are closed!!" Why did you ask what I wanted if you were closed?? Was the rudeness and meanness necessary?? I have heard similar stories from other people. I know that I will never go back there and I know that many other people won't be going back there either. If you expect repeat customers you need to at least be civil to your customers. I would give no stars if it would let me.

Cambell "middleman" Tires

Family has done much business with campbell tire for over 5 years and have always been pleased until recently when Barry campbell refused to mount a set of tires only because I did not purchase a set from their limited stock. I even offered to pay more than whatever price he charges. His response was "there's no money in it "and apparently wasn't worth their precious time. I arrived at 8:00 am and had no one in front of me. Complete waste of time and disappointment. Do yourself a favor and buy online! Much better price " no middle man charge" and much better selection! Walmart will install and provide lifetime balance /rotation for $50. So once again save yourself the cash, time, and aggravation AVOID CAMPBELL TIRES DUNLAP TN

Otasco tells people when they call in that they will more than likely be full by 3:00. When someone comes in, they are told up front if Otasco is full for the day. I am sure you were turned away at 4:05 with them having an empty store? No, I am sure there were numerous people sitting there getting work done. They work over every day. I assure you they didn't just turn you down after you'd been siting there without warning. It's common sense to not wait until last minute to go somewhere for auto work. I'm sure the places with high prices would not be busy and I'll take a guess and say you went back a different day b/c of their prices and didn't wait until a time when they would have to work over even more. Great store. Great prices.

This place has good cheap tires but... i drove 30 miles to change out 2 tires with wires showing. I arrived 25 mins before they closed, they let me decide the tires i wanted and by the time i said which ones they said sorry we are closing maybe tomorrow. Yet 20 mins left till they close and the distance i drove to give them business, i wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
