La Trattoria Restaurant Da Gaetano

If you enjoy finding that "hidden gem" of a restaurant, then you'll love Gaetano's. This is REAL Italian cooking and a dinning experience! Although the restaurant and atmosphere are casual, the food is top notch.



GET THIS: There is NO menu! Why? Because they'll make whatever you want, however you like it. If you don't know what you want, Gae will bring around a cart of ingredients, ask a few questions and then start making mouth-watering suggestions. They even make their own pasta!



I've had the Oso-bucco, lasagna, eggplant and veal chop and all were awesome. The artichokes are so good my seven year old daughter actually asked for one for dessert! (Okay... she's weird... but she enjoys good cooking!)



Restaurants like this make it harder for me to believe why people waste their time at Outback and Olive Garden, when they can immerse themselves in culinary excellence like Gaetano's.
