Just came for oil change and tire rotation. Everyone there very professional. In and out quick no complaints.

So refreshing to have a dealership actually take your vehicle in and work on it at the “actual time” of your appointment rather than have your vehicle sit parked in their parking lot most of the day….the service managers at Williams are top notch as are the techs and are genuinely concerned with your satisfaction. I drive an extra 30 minutes out of my way for this dealership and these are just “some” of the reasons why!

I had the oil changed & tires rotated on my 2019 Cherokee. I was able to schedule the appointment when I wanted, service was quick & friendly. Zack was very helpful.

Clean place, great service. The staff here has a wonderful attitude. Went completely into great detail with every car I wanted to look at and helped me find the right car just for me. The process took about 3 hours but overall smooth.

I stopped by for an oil change on my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. While getting the oil change I was directed to the parts counter to inquire about parts for a wrangler that I’m working on. Mark at the parts counter was just as professional as Zach at the service station. I watched a little tv when mark was done assisting me and had some coffee. It took a little longer than a drive thru oil change but was a far more pleasant experience! No more drive thru’s for me! Thanks Williams Brothers, Zach, and Mark!

Rhonda was absolutely a treat to work with. Devonte knew the vehicle and treated us great. My only complaint is I work at fords and have always bought fords and when you buy a ford you get a full tank of gas. The Jeep compass I purchased only had a little under a half. Other than that I would recommend people looking to purchase or lease a new Jeep to come to this dealership.

Went in for a oil change was quick got there at 1:45 was out of there alittle after 2:30.

This one was for my wife. Salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. I findly found an honest car salesman, he will continue to get my business. Stay far away, bait and switch pricing along with an owner who isn't good for pricing he gives you to begin with. Don't waste your time, if you do you will learn what really bad customer service is though first hand from the owner.
