VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE ,CALLED ME A LIAR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

All I wanted were a few blu rays I was there waiting at the counter for about ten min. Before I finally gave up and got somebody. When they finally arrived I got an attitude when I asked to see the rest of the bluray s that were behind the others. This happens everytime I go there. So if you want quick and friendly service do go to this pawn shop

Girl, i needed a couple of dollars and I had my gold bangle my sister gave me but, remember the latch on it was broken. You know my sister she has a very expensive taste. Prior to needing those dollars, I had been looking for a place that repairs jewelry but everyone I went to had to send the bangle out of their store. I was not trusting that one. Well, anyway I did not know how many karats were but I knew it was atleast 14k, I asked the rep at pawnbrokers to check for me, I did not want to ask my sister "Nat" she would have just send me some money you know how she is with me(she has been spoiling me since the beginning of my time the year I was born until present. I hope if she sees this review that it does not make her angry with me, you know just pawning a gift she gave me. Anyway, the rep told me that it is 18k and has alot of weight, I only borrowed $40, lol. Gold was way up at the time too. My interest monthly is $8, I'm going to get my bangle but being that they have been so understanding when I went pass my day, for being in the hospital or just forgetting. They take my payments over the phone, give you your payment confirmation number and their name. I learned they get jewelry fixed and they will do my for a reasonable rate so, I'm going to get my bangle out but let them send it out to get the clasp repaired and they are going to clean it for free or at an inexpensive rate. I decided to do a review because all that merchandise not even one person, in that community has completed a review for this local business. I had even overheard another customer ask for a couple more dollars and she would be able to pay her rent and her bg&e bill paid and the rep did her the solid. The lady looked like she was sincere she did appear to be someone that got high but I know the rep said that he was giving her more than her merchandise was allowed but I thought that was so cool. So Girl...if you ever need some fast cash take some of that jewelry you are harvesting over there and handle your money. I'm good and if you get jammed with an emergency you take your items over to Fast Cash Pawnbrokers on Dundalk Avenue in Dundalk, MD or to the store they have in Annapolis but you can check their locations online. Well, I'm out need to get my sleep on.hahahahaha
