Black's Home Sales

I would never recommend this business to my worst enemy. Our home from Black's is only 8 years old, and is falling apart like it was 100 years old. They use the cheapest quality of products for EVERYTHING down to the door knobs. We have replaced doorknobs, drywall, flooring, windows, you name it. Our front door has warped, our drywall is bulging and ready to fall off in our foyer, our attic ladder was never even screwed in to be attached. Every single seam in the drywall is now showing, our linoleum has rolled up next to our shower and the latest issue is that they used cheap products to install our shower so the grout has rotted as well as the flooring underneath the shower and went through the floor and through the lighting fixture below into our downstairs bathroom. RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN!!

We had the opportunity to work with blacks while building our house. This was my first house build Gary weyant was very patient with explaining stuff we didn't understand and while we made choices on what we wanted for the house. Blacks was a great company to work with from start to finish. We worked with Dave after the house was built he was always there for us with any problems we had and got it taken care of in a very timely manor. I would recommend blacks to anyone looking to build a house.

We recently purchased a new home from Black's Home Sales and our experience was nothing but great! Gary our salesman was very patient while we changed our mind time after time, finally after 3 floor plans and a long bank process we got approval for our current home and ordered our home. Gary was great and made suggestions that we would have never though of! Our house came when promised and the quality cannot be beat! This is our second manufactured home and there is no comparison to the first one, the home from Black's is so much better of a home! We get so many compliments on our new home! Dave, the construction manager has been such a wonderful person to work with too! His easy communication style and knowledge of everything made my life so much easier! Black's Homes was the only place that said they could get us a home on a lot of property that we already owned. Our property was a challenge because we couldn't get crane near our lot. Dave Edmunson was our sales rep, and was informative and supportive. He came up with the idea of building a temp bridge when everyone else said it couldn't be done. The process was easy from the beginning. We have lived in our home for the last 5 months and couldn't be happier. We did have some issues with the house, nothing major. Even so, all we had to do was call or text Dave and we had a service person out to our house within 24hrs or less. Overall, our house was affordable, to our spec's and everyone we have dealt with has been professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Blacks, but most of all I would highly recommend Dave Edmunson.

I was very happy with the help from start to finish. Everyone was very helpful in getting me the information needed to be able to get my home started. It was a journey that I will never forget. Thank you all for your help at Blacks Home Sells in Duncanville.

After going to numerous manufactured home sales companies, I attended an open house at Black's Home Sales. Boy, am I glad I did! I walked into one of their beautiful homes and immediately said to myself, "I think I'm home!" I began the process that day. The staff at Black's is amazing! They are extremely detail oriented, anticipate many of your needs, and are accommodating with changes and special requests. I took my time, deciding on many details I wanted to include or change in my home. They never tired of my many, many questions! Each and every one was responded to immediately, often times with additional options or suggestions. After getting my home exactly how I wanted it on paper, I placed my order. My home was built, then delivered and set up by Black's staff. Every staff member was professional, was respectful of my property, and was kind and courteous to me. Any small issues that needed fixed, and there were very few, were handled immediately with professionalism and follow up. My home ended up being the perfect manifestation of this owner's dream come true. I love my home...and I HIGHLY recommend Black's Home Sales to anyone who wants a less stressful process and a beautiful, quality-filled home.

What first brought us to Blacks were the beautiful homes! We found exactly what we were looking for! Throughout the whole process, we were well taken care of. With any job like this, there were several changes that most people would make but for the most part, I didn't even get a chance to mention it, they were always one step ahead of me!



Black's continues to stand behind their work. Any issues that I find they fix within a day or two. I would definitely recommend Black's to friends and family!

How fast can you RUN??? The best advice I could give anyone is if your in the market for a new home and want things to run smoothly go somewhere else, unless you want to be in a whirlwind of fiasco. All employees lack knowledge of the business and their mistakes caused grief & more money out of pocket. The only guys who had a clue were the field guys they knew what they were doing. I especially enjoyed how every time we stopped in our particular sales guy never recognized us or could not get our names right even when they were in front of him on paper. Sorry to write such crude things on here but it is nothing but the truth. P.S. We still dont have our keys to our new home even after all the paperwork was done and we live in our home. Our sales guy "well he doesnt have them" well gee then who does???
