        Overall

        Very disappointed in their customer service. We had rented a skidsteer and the ended up calling and saying they were going to pick it up earlier then they originally told us so we had to scramble around to finish up as much as we could and now the rest we will be finishing by hand. We didn't get to use up the hours on the machine we paid for.

        Overall

        I ordered chairs from London road rental center for my wedding at the rose garden. We were scheduled for pick up at 5:00 PM. They decided to close early that day, at 3:30 PM. They didn't even call us to let us know they were closing early. Good thing a relative had a fold out chair in their car otherwise my 91 year old grandmother would have had to stand during the entire ceremony. Everyone else did. Never got an apology call either.

        London Road Rental was so easy...

        London Road Rental was so easy to deal with! I was able to make a couple of phone calls and my needs were met. They were knowledgeable about all questions I had and the product was exactly what I wanted. I would use their business for future party needs!

        The customer service at London...

        The customer service at London Road Rental is fantastic! I have done several events with this business. They have everything you want and need to host a party. Cathy is always a pleasure to do business with, very knowledgeable and dependable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
