  I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS…

  I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS URGENT CARE.......I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A PLACE OF "BUSINESS" QUITE LIKE THIS!!!! THIS ONE PARTICULAR DR. THAT WORKS THERE DOES NOT SHOW THAT HE CARES ANYTHING FOR HIS PATIENT'S. HE PRETTY MUCH BLEW ME OFF, FOR WHAT I WAS COMING TO THE OFFICE FOR! I'VE VISITED THIS OFFICE ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS AND THIS SAME THING HAS OCCURRED. I HAVE ALSO TRIED TO GET A PRESCRIPTION FILLED WITH THEM FROM MY LOCAL PHARMACY, AND THEY WERE ASKING ME WHAT WAS THE ADDRESS OF THE PHARMACY!!!! THEY WERE BASICALLY TRYING TO GET ME TO DO THERE JOB!!! I ALSO DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHERE ALL OF THE 5 STAR RATINGS ARE COMING FROM? I CAN ONLY SPECULATE THAT THE WORKERS FROM THERE OFFICE ARE PUTTING THE 5 STARS ON THIS SITE BECAUSE I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE AGAIN, AND DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANY ONE ELSE TO DO SO EITHER. NO WONDER WHY THERE OFFICE IS ALWAYS EMPTY!!!!!

  I visited this clinic and was treated by a charming, capable physician whose name I can't recall, perhaps Timmons or something like that. He was possibly the most genuinely kind doctor I've ever met. The nurse was as sweet and caring as could be, and even the receptionist was a keeper. This will be my clinic of choice for urgent care from now on! Highly recommend!

  This place was the best urgent care I've…

  This place was the best urgent care I've ever been to. It was clean, the staff was very friendly and professional, I was in and out in record time & I feel better today! I would highly recommend them and will definitely return again myself if the need arises.

  I took my mom to this clinic today for…

  I took my mom to this clinic today for the first time. She is on Medicare and I spent hours looking for an office that could see her on aFriday afternoon. I had even left her Medicare card at home but the front desk was able to call Medicare and get the info.. She got IV's and felt much better before leaving..I will use this office again and wanted to take time to say how GREAT they are...

  I visited North Georgia Urgent Care on…

  I visited North Georgia Urgent Care on Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth for the first time today, and these folks were fast, professional, and they made me feel better just because it wasn't the extended wait that I had expected. The place is beautiful, clean, easy to find, and the staff were fantastic. Hopefully I'll have no need again anytime soon, but if so I won't hesitate to go.

  My wife and I both have used this…

  My wife and I both have used this facility for several minor emergencies such as stomach bugs and a Labor Day fall off of a ladder. The staff is caring, professional, courteous and more than willing to contact your regular physician for continued care. I will use them for all my small mishaps and after hours care needs. Highly recommend,

  I love this place.

  I love this place. The front desk and nurses are courteous and friendly ALWAYS!! I have been to this clinic three times. I am always satisified. Everyone is pleasant and efficient. The service is great and quick!

  I woke up with fever, cough and hurting…

  I woke up with fever, cough and hurting all over. I called my doctor and they could not see me til the next day. I went to this clinic. They were very compassionate and acted like they really cared that I was sick. I got a shot and Rx's and felt better the next day. I recommend this place to everyone...

  I had really terrible experience with this office, I'm writing this truthful review so other people out there can go to a better place and get taking care off. 1. One of the doctor there did NOT take the time and effort to take care of me, it made me suffered more pain, paid more money for what I had. I had to go to the office twice for the same thing I had which could have been taking care of the first time. 2. The nurses did NOT care what my problem was, typed in the wrong phone number into their computer than the number I filled out on my profile. Refused to apologize for not contacting on my phone for my test results. All they said was the number we called was disconnected, so basically it was my own problem. After I asked them to pull out my profile to look at the number I wrote on there which was the correct number they need to call me at, they did NOT apologize. 3. I could NOT get a print out of the service I had both times when I was checking out. The nurse said because they have a different policy, only the manager can print them out on Monday. Most medical places when we leave, we get a print out of what we did that day, this place does NOT do it that way. All I got was the charge receipt says nothing on it, but the amount of money I paid. 4. I called the following Monday spoke to someone about the fact I need a copy of my medical print out, a week later, nothing happened. This place has many people working there that don't care about patients, they are not professional. I will never recommend anyone to go there. It was an awful experience.

  great experiance,quick effeciant care…

  great experiance,quick effeciant care without rushingn you in and out,had abdominal pain,hurtburh for ever,Dr Layons provided me with lab test that i needed,sure enough ihad h.poyloi stamach infection,he explained to me what is then gave me the medicine i needed and went over GERD diet,2 weeks after i felt like nothing was wrong with my stamachgreat experiance,recommend this urgencare to every one

  I've told several people about north…

  I've told several people about north georgia urgent care and they were very please with the care they even told their friends. but me personal my daughter were their because she had gotten bitten .but the nurse was very nice and the doctor were nice butmost of all the hours are great you get in and out very quickly so i give them 30 thumbs up

  I was having difficulty with my blood…

  I was having difficulty with my blood pressure running high. I went to North Ga Urgent Care. I do not have insurance. Their rates were very reasonable. The doctor saw me and started me on meds. I went back in one week for a follow up and the pressures were coming down. I was to follow up in one month. Two weeks later the staff called just to see how I was feeling. They wanted me to know I could come in any time they were open and have my pressure checked.. There is still doctors out there that care !!!

  I took my 2 year old to this new clinic…

  I took my 2 year old to this new clinic when his doctor did not have an appointment. He had a sore throat and a fever. The entire staff was concerned about my child and made me feel like we were the only patient there even tho we were not. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.. The really care. They even called the following day to check on my son. Unheard of policy this day and time.
