        From Brittish Coloumbia to Lou...

        From Brittish Coloumbia to Louisiana I've eaten at a lot of great restaurants, diners & cafes. I've also worked with some very accomplished chefs. And Schmoopy's EASILY in my top 3 or 4 place I've been! They get their oysters & shrimp from neighboring commercial fishermen! Those 2 women are MASTERS of spices & seasoning! The gumbo hands down is THE best in the known universe and their poboys (I'm strictly shrimp & crawfish purist!) stand out even in the land of great food! Razor thin onion rings for the table, cup of gumbo & poboy and it gets no better! A belly full of food from Schmoopy's is a big slice of heaven its self. Nothing touristy about this Cajun culinary paradise!
