Please note this rating and review is for the service I received today..I was there today (hoping) to repair a bangle. I also want to mention I am an Asian decedent....I was sadden to read the review from Sunflower82, and want to share my story. I was greeted by the receptionist after I walked in, and she even pointed me to the free coffee or water while I was waiting. I was served in about 5 minutes. (Maybe something to do with Monday?) After checking with their goldsmith, the woman came back and explained clearly what the work and cost is. It's a bit costly to fix the bangle, and when she noticed my hesitance, she even went to double check with her manger to make sure about the warranty. She didn't push me or anything, but instead suggested me to think it over. So she gave me a card with the price quote and her name on it, in case I decide to come back. I am very impressed with her service, sincerity, and thoughtfulness. Her name is Phyllis. She even looks experienced, kind, and approachable than those well-dressed, manikin-like and arrogate young women you usually see working in most of the jewelry stores.
I used to have my watch batteries replaced at Leo Alfred Jewelers, but I happened to drive past Jewelers of Dublin last year after they had recently opened and decided to go in there instead, where I discovered that it only cost $10 to have a watch battery replaced. Leo Alfred would have charged nearly double that price and when I usually went, it happened to be their watch specialist's day off. I went back to Jewelers of Dublin last week to have my watch battery replaced, figuring the cost likely would have gone up after a year but it was still $10. They also have a nice selection of jewelry and crystals in the display cases, and you can sell your unwanted jewelry items there.
I had the best meal I've ever had. I'm vegan and they didn't have any trouble accommodating that and my dinner was well thoug out and delicious. Carry n grill is pretty much perfect.
