Mimi s Caf restaurant No. 41 in Dublin, Calif., is one of more than 90 locations the company maintains throughout the United States. The restaurant was founded with the intention of combining the best assets of every type of restaurant. That is why Mimi s features the quality, ambiance and personal service of a dinner house, combined with the convenience and great value of a coffee shop, all in a country cottage setting with New Orleans d cor. The restaurant s menu includes a variety of dishes, such as pasta, homemade soups, steak, chicken potpie, fish and a number of signature sandwiches. Each location also features an espresso bar and a kids menu. Founded in 1978, Mimi s maintains its headquarters in Tustin, Calif. While most of the company s restaurants are concentrated in California, it has plans to expand to the rest of the country. Mimi s Cafe is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bob Evans Farms.

5 stars for Mimi's Cafe's corned beef hash & eggs breakfast (served daily till 4pm), carrot raisin muffin (tomorrow's breakfast) and their freshly squeezed TALL orange juice...MMM...a perfect breakfast prelude to an afternoon of wine tasting!!!

We (family of 4) went for dinner on our son's B'day, we are ""Brown"". The attendant at front desk totally ignored us, after a while another guy came in to seat us. We were seated in a back room, hidden from all, where another brown family were dining, our waiter took 20 minutes to bring us water and with 3 interruptions, taking care of 2 other tables, finished taking ours. The server came with food and dropped tartar sauce on my dress pants, although he did apologise and brought cleaning napkins. Now the food, shrimps and bread were good, fish was yuk and too greasy.Over all experience ""horrible"" and we left with a bad taste of ""racially discriminated"" against.......I am NEVER going back again to eat there.

Mom & I love this place, we had their fruit/nut salad. We especially like their muffins.\r A real good fresh baked french bread served warm with a fruit/nut bread. This place \r is a treasure. We will definately go back once a month ~

The service is worst, the food is plain and cold. The server has indifferent attitude, took 20 minutes to get the order and took another 30 minutes to deliver the ""cold"" food. Sorry to go there for a late dinner when the restaurant is really not busy.

I have tried eating here several times. The food is not BAD but it isn't very exciting either. The service is good, and the coffee is pretty tasty. Everything else I have had I didn't finish because it lacked flavor.

A bit of a drive from the City, but worth it. When I placed my order, Crab and Avocado Omlette, you also choose one of their homemade muffins, plus it comes with juice. I got their Honey Oat Bran muffin. DELICIOUS! The bottom of the muffin was soaked in honey and it's served upside down, so the honey can travel some more into the muffin. The service was friendly and efficient. It's a large Cafe, suitable for singles, couples, and families.
