I discovered Mike's place last year and I was impressed with not only the friendly and courteous customer service, but also accurate diagnostic of my old Mercury Sable's problem. Mike even personally gave me a ride home while the car's brakes were being worked on. It was also a lot better and cheaper than Ash**** in Dublin. Oil changes are also fast and quick. I'm now a loyal customer.

I own a mid 2000 model., Mercedes E500 and I have always had my vehicle serviced by the Mercedes Benz dealership. In 2012, my vehicle experienced some unexpected problems and I was in no position to spend "dealership" money to have my vehicle serviced. Searching for top quality work that could be completed on my vehicle for a reasonable price, I located Mike's Car Clinic where my vehicle was serviced to my utmost satisfaction!!! Mike is honest, respectful, fair and very professional - unlike some service reps I have encountered at MB of Walnut Creek and Pleasanton. I have recommended family and friends to Mike's Car Clinic because I trust and appreciate the quality work they perform. A job well done! Thank You Mike and service workers!

Mike's Car Clinic is professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. After 15 attempts by 5 different licensed / certified automotive repair shops, and 7 years later... the brakes on my Kia Sedona Van operate properly and safely.



My extended warranty company IWS, InterContinental Warranty Service Inc., requested me to take my vehicle to Mike's Car Clinic because the Kia Dealership could not demonstrate the brake problem to the IWS inspector. Better said, IWS was attempting to avoid warranty payment and the Kia Dealership did not want to jump through the IWS hoops to justify the brake warranty claim. Mike's Car Clinic embraced the challenged and accepted my vehicle knowing well that IWS would make it very difficult for the brake claim to be approved.



Mike and his professional staff documented my complaints of the brake system, and evaluated the invoices of all 15 prior attempts to repair and fix the brake system. After a test drive and diagnostic testing the 7 year mystery was solved. Mike called IWS and explained his findings and the necessary repairs to make my vehicle's brake system operationally safe. IWS declined the claim because of the possibility that the brake fluid may have been contaminated. If the brake fluid was contaminated this would void the extended warranty contract. Mike called me and explained that IWS was being unprofessional and they were avoiding payment. I asked Mike to email their findings and solutions so that I could email them along with my request for an on-site IWS inspection visit. The on-site inspection was granted. Thirty minutes into the on-site inspection Mike and his professional technicians proved that the brake fluid was not contaminated and justified the replacement parts, repairs, and adjustments necessary to make the brake system operate properly and safely. IWS approved the brake claim and paid for the brake repairs in the amount of $1500.



I didn't know of Mike's Car Clinic prior to this experience. I highly recommend them because of their great customer service and excellent work. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. If you are looking for that trust worthy auto repair shop...look no more...go to Mike's Car Clinic!

Mike is knowledgeable, courteous, HONEST, and fast!! He actually spotted very small and sensitive problem that my car had that was overlooked by many other auto repair establishments. No one knew what was wrong with my car until I found this place! Mice at my house went under my hood and chewed up some wires causing many different sensors to be off. Mike actually took time to thoroughly looked in and out of my car to find the problem. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Trust me, it's worth the drive if you live far from Dublin.
