I had very bad experience and I do not want to go to the store any more. The owner lady (Rita Choudhary) can be very mean and rude.
I read some good reviews about her and her store, so I went there. The first time visitation was great. She was friendly and helpful as other people described. I was just wondering why she did no?t use a regular cash register? She used her small calculator. Anyway, I paid using my credit card.
Since I felt like she overcharged me, so I calculated by myself. I was right. It was overcharged. I went back to the store in other day, and the store was closed although they supposed to open at that time. I went there again, and they were closed. At the third time, they were finally open.
I was very politely stated that it was miscalculated, and she became very offensive and did not even smile. Anyway, she apologized to me and refunded the money. So, I tried to give her a second chance. Everybody makes mistake, you know.
I bought some, and I tried to hand my credit card to her. She made face and said, ""It's ONLY $5!"" refusing taking my credit card. She was very rude. She could say something different.
She was a totally different person from my first visit. She never smiled, kept having very bitter and nasty attitude, and blamed on me saying, ""ONLY $5!"" Also, she opens her store any time she wants, and I had to go there three times to get refund. Although it was her fault to overcharge me, she became so rude when I asked her for refund.
I could be a good regular customer, but she lost me. I do not recommend my friends to go to her store.
