I'll go out of my way for almost…

I'll go out of my way for almost anything and shop all over California. Out of all the places I looked at, Custom Fireplace had everything I wanted in outdoor decor. Everyone I dealt with and spoke to was very helpful and accommodated all my needs.

Great selection of outdoor furniture. I don't go anywhere else. They have so many options, and great deals. They workers here are very helpful and knowledgeable. Great Job Guys! I love everything I got.

Everything you need for outdoor living! They had so much to look at, it took me a few days of coming back to decide what exactly I wanted. They helped in my decision by personalizing what it was I was trying to achieve in my back yard. Personalized service is the best.

They really do have great customer…

They really do have great customer service. I came here to look for a bbq grill for my patio, and they had so many different things to choose from, but thanks to the wonderful staff, I was able to find the perfect set up.

I would like to thank the staff at…

I would like to thank the staff at Custom Fireplace for helping my mother with her Pellet stove choice. We didn't know what would be the best way to heat her home which is on a propane system and extremely expensive. The guys down there gave us plenty of knowledge and we came to the conclusion that the pellet stove would be the best bet. My mother is 60 years old and we also needed to make sure that she could manage the pellet bags which she can. Her energy bill is significantly lower already and I will update my post after a year of use. Thanks again guys.

I am very happy with the customer…

I am very happy with the customer service received at this store. I appreciate the help of Nick P. and Anthony and others whose names I don't remember. Nick has been excellent at following up with me, even when it wasn't the answer or solution I was hoping for. He provided a lot of information about all the fireplaces and went above and beyond to find the right one for our installation. We appreciate the responsiveness; when you spend this kind of money on a fireplace (not cheap!) you expect knowledgeable and responsive sales people, before and after the sale. I can happily say that I have received this from Custom fireplace. No complaints, and I'm really picky!

Bought a gas fireplace insert from…

Bought a gas fireplace insert from Custom Fireplace...and was able to get a floor model (with full warranty) for a very nice discount. They were great and walked me through the whole process, came out and measured so that the installation went smoothly. Daniel did the install and electric and I couldn't be more satisfied. Professional and personable all the way through.

Beautiful fireplace. Late (by about an hour) arriving to install. After hours of work -- it didn't work. Came back the next day. Late again. Worked. Several days later a lighting piece detached and was an unsightly piece of glass sitting in the fire. Supposed to be here between 3 and 5. It's now 5:40. Called to say they will be here between 5:30 and 6 now. We'll see. Like I said -- LOVE the fireplace. Beautiful addition to the family room and so warm. Just hate being jerked around about the times.

After searching for Patio furniture for 2 years and committing to buying something this year, we were very excited with what we found at Custom Fireplace Patio & BBQ. Their patio furniture selection was small, but just what we needed and good quality with a reasonable price. (We looked everywhere from Frellens, to Patio World to Lowes, Costco, and Home Depot). I walked into Custom BBQ and made a decision on the spot.\r \r Pablo helped us get matching fabric throughout and tried to be thoughtful in ordering tighter ""bouncy"" seats (per a comment by my husband). Upon delivery I was not happy with the tightness and he made it right by ordering the parts I tested in the store and came out twice to install them on every chair.\r \r We LOVE our set . It's beautiful, high quality and very comfortable. We can't say enough about Pablo and Tony who helped us. \r \r The patio furniture and fireplaces all looked great. We had a great experience, and I promised Pablo after all his hard work, I'd put a review on the web for him. \r \r Thank you Pablo. - Jennifer & Mike

I went to custom fireplace and found it to be under new ownership. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, I would really recommend this place. I left feeling satisfiied. I LOVE MY FIREPLACE!!!!!!
