Chevron Gas station is always my preferred ones. After today's worst experience at Chevron Gas Station(

2760 Dublin Blvd, Dublin, CA 94568), I will be going elsewhere.





Really worst end to a Sunday ever. At home had a kid with ear pain and also the car was close to empty... needed to fill it up quickly for work run next morning. We filled up gas at pump #7, wanted to select for the Ultimate Car Wash but pump monitor asked to go inside for a gas receipt. Inside even though I was the only customer, it took forever since the store clerks were changing shifts... well that is understandable. The Indian gentleman there was understandable and gave the $1 refund since the Ultimate Car Wash which cost $11.95 costs $10.95 when you purchase gas also.



After that went to the car wash which stopped in the middle after foam spray and rinse and didn't do the rain coat, wax or drying. I went inside and the lady ( Patricia... I think that is not her real name) after much reluctance gave another car wash since it was stopped in the middle. She was saying that only drying was left...



We were in 2 minds about what to do... get the car wash done now again or go home and attend to the kid with the ear pain. We decided to quickly dry the car using the towel and come back the next day for the car wash.... well well well.... first the Indian gentleman came in and asked to which we politely said that we will come in the next day. He left without saying anything. Then this lady Patricia came in and asked what are we doing... we told her that we are drying the car using the towels and will come back the next day... to which we got unimaginable response... I know your kind.



Amazing... thanks a lot for ruining the weekend which was already bad with kids ear pain.
