He graduated in 1985 from Georgetown University School of Dentistry. Upon graduation, he returned to the San Francisco Bay Area where he practiced dentistry in San Leandro for 24 years. In 2006, he realized one of his dreams and built a state-of-the-art office in Dublin. To better serve his patients, Dr. Chacon is constantly attending continuing education courses to stay current with the latest treatments and technologies. He is also a graduate of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and a member of the Spears faculty club. He is certified in laser Dentistry, Adult Oral sedation, Clear Orthodontics, Cerec CAD/CAM, and implant dentistry. Dr. Chacon is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the Southern Alameda Dental Society. He is involved in his community. He has been active in the Boy Scouts of America, in youth leadership at his church, and youth and high school lacrosse. Since 2012 he has fundraised and ridden in the Aids/LifeCycle with his oldest child. Dr. Chacon is married to his wife Francesca for 40 years and has four children who are Cal Fanatics. Go Bears!
