This is getting all five stars because I have no complaints and all appreciation.
My concerns about a squeaking noise had previously been ignored by another tire service. (I'm used to getting ignored by auto-mechanics as a woman). So I appreciated the concern from these guys. Turns out one of my tires was actually falling apart and was really dangerous to be driving on. So I'm grateful for the super thorough work at Certified Tire. They really worked with me to get the lowest price possible. I drove away feeling safe and looked out for.
