I like the prime rib and New York steaks.

We went on a Friday night so the wait was an hour. When we fine got to our seat, I felt bad cause the table was for a family size. Not just the two of us. We also ordered the ""Dinner for two"" I had the salmon and my girlfriend had the 10oz. New York Strip. The food was great no complaints. Every part was good; the salad, the potato skins, main course, and desert we took home. The service was also great for how busy it was. I also had a Montana Mai Tai, that was full of flavor. I recommended this place to anyone.

Ordered the dinner special, 2 filet mignons, 6 ou, appetizer, and desert for $20 a person. The sampler platter came out with either cold or luke warm food. It must have been sitting around since we arrived when the restaurant was just about starting to sit people for dinner. I knew it was odd that they were able to bring it out in less then 5 minutes. My steak came out ok. It was a tall cut and tender. The other steak was flat, but it was stringy which made it chewy and tough. A new one came that was the same quality. Finally a third was requested to be tall like mine and it was fine. The staff bent over backwards to make us happy, but it shouldn't take two to three times to serve properly prepared food. Overall I have to say that the value for the meal is certainly well worth the trip. I have developed more patience and tolerance now so the 2 hour dining experience did not bother me as much as it would others. I am more bothered by the fact that I was told by management that none of the food is prepped ahead of time and that everything is cooked fresh and made to order. It is extremely obvious to me that this is not true. As for the food here are the facts - 1) Fries were cold, greasy, and limp. 2) Veggiies medly - luke warm but tender and tasty 3) salads were room temp but fresh except for the tomatoes which had green insides 4) the chocalte cake and ice cream were fine. The cake was moist, the fudge was hot, and the ice cream was not melting quickly. The place is very busy and such demand makes running a kitchen a challenge. If you can settle your mind into not rushing and expecting no miracles, then eating here is fine since the staff are willing to make it right.
