Amador Valley Apartments-Dublin

We chose to rent at Amador Valley Apartments because of its reasonable pricing and leasing option which was perfect for us who are only in CA temporarily due to a contracted job with the military. Parking is a major issue if you have two vehicles. There are extra parking spaces for rent but seems like only to preferred tenants. The condition of the apartment is not ideal for anyone. There are a lot of things wrong with the apartment complex. Work orders are not done or completed properly or in a timely manner. Our main concern with this business, however, is how unprofessional the manager and the rest of the staff were towards us on several occasions. They were very rude and do not take to inquiries and complaints kindly. Dublin is a great community but, we do not recommend Amador Valley Apartments. We are certain that there are far better places.
