They have cheap quality glass. I replace a windshield with them. within a couple of months it cracked. store staff indicated it was due to stone hit. I dont drive on dirt roads and any roads I have driven on are paved well with zero chance of stone hits. but the glass cracked ! this has never happened before to me where I had to replace a windshield in just 2 months.

This place is the best!!! I came to this place two weeks ago to fix a door glass on my car. They gave me good deals on my car and there service was great. Also the waiting room and restroom are so clean and fancy. You should check it out!!! 100% recommended..

yes, i found this explaination is trueful. i had my 2006 bmw at this location for a rockchip repair last summer (8/2008). and before they repaired my windshield, they have verbally explained the procedures and also handed the rockchip repair form (which explains everything they told me verbally). the repair went pretty well in my case. i didn't need to replace a new windshield.

i fell that allglass is very honest and infornt of their workmanship. not to mentioned, they were reffered by Jeff P (service manager) @ Pleasanton BMW dealership. so, I highly recommanded allglass to anyone of needs a windshield replair or replacement.

In response to the complaint posted by ikuda001 on 03/08/08 ,I want to make it clear that this Customer was perfectly clear that Allglass procedure and policies were in repairing a rockchip . When ever a customer bring a vehicle to repair a rockchip or replace a windshield ,Allglass throughly explains what need to be done and what the out come can be.To starting the work ,Allglass requests the customer 's signature acknowledging the work. In this case , Ikuda001 has brought in a vehicle in request to repair a rockchip .This rock chip was an 1/2 inch. and was located near the edge of the windshield .Allglass has explained that there 's always a possibility the rock chip will crack,Ikuda001 has signed the authorized form to do the work. Therefore , this customer cannot blame Allglass for the crack on his windshiled ,knowing that he was well aware and fully understand .

Came in to repair a small (1/8") chip. Five minutes into the repair process, the chip became a crack with about 5" long. Without any comment, or appology, they were trying to sell me the whole windshield replacement. And trying to get my insurance name and number. A very dishonest company.
