AVOID USING AT ALL COSTS. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. LKLP routinely leaves my mentally and physically handicapped brother stranded for hours at a time with no communication whatsoever. Calling them is useless since half of the time they put me on hold and then hang up. After Senior Services closed his caseworker switched him to this, and it's been hell. They haven't made it within an hour of being on time for a full week once. This is a useless organization that should just be shut down.
