        GOT A BUNCH OF CLOTHES DONE AND I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK AND PRICE. VERY RESPECTFUL WORKER AND UNDERSTANDING TO WHAT I NEEDED DONE.. I WILL CONTINUE TO GET MY CLOTHING AND OTHER ITEMS DONE THERE.

        I Super recommend Elegant Tailor . Maria was very professional when it came to doing my wedding dress and my bridesmaid desses . She made a perfect bustle on my dress and I had to take it in as well and when I put it on was just perfect . My bridesmaids had sashes made and came out just the way I had wanted . Thank you for the great work .

        If you are looking for a great tailor, go see Maria. She does amazing work. I followed her from her old location to her new location. Maria had tailored a bridesmaid dress, jeans, shirts, and even fixed my couch pillows for me. I tell all of my friends to go to Elegant Tailor for all of their tailoring needs.

        The woman that answers the phone answers, "hello" instead of 'Elegant Tailor and Design'-very unprofessional. I assume they are just as unprofessional in other ways too. How hard is it to answer a phone in a professional manner when employed there?

        I have had the worst experience with this place. I have never seen such bad business in my life. She not only was extremely rude but she ruined my entire dress she hemmed it too short, all the beads were falling off and took it in too much and claimed that I gained to much weight that was why I was not fitting into my dress I was extremely offended and taken back by her comment.. I Would never trust this business to handle my property again. Not to mention extremely over priced toThe problems I encountered with her and her business.. Not being able to satisfy her customers

        I brought my jeans and jacket ...

        I brought my jeans and jacket and pants to Maria. I can see why she has been around for over 27 years. She had my whole order done so quickly and so professionally done it was so amazing. I highly recommend her as the best Tailor in Dracut and if you live far away, it is well worth the trip.
