Here it is ...48.00 to GLUE A PIECE OF RUBBER ON TOP OF OLD SOLES. I thought it was getting new soles since that's what I asked for. When I complained he said no no good job well I can tell you it is a horrible job that cost 48.00. Think twice before going there.

Customer beware! They will steal your items! I have given them a great deal of business since they assumed the role, but my last experience is the last opportunity I will ever give them to earn my money. I brought a dress with a broken zipper here to be fixed and they lost it. Then they told me that I never brought them a dress and tried to make me second guess myself that I ever brought it in to begin with. The owner refused to give me any concession on the price of the other items I brought him (two pairs of shoes and a torn handbag to the tune of $69) and called me a liar. The work they do is expensive and really not that stellar...they know they are the only game in town and can get away with it. They are piggybacking on the success of the previous owner with their illegitimate business practices and it's execrable. The good name of the business is being adulterated by a bunch of outsiders who know nothing about customer service or quality work at a fair price.
