Pros: Very close to traxs station, great garden in the back if you have a dog, swimming pool and hot tub are also available in addition to the parking. The new management seems to be trying hard to make everyone satisfied. Cons: Use to be a hotel, a old broken down one at that. Construction has finished and the place "looks" much better, however under all the paint the place is still the old place. This would be fine as it appears the newer places have complete redone interiors, however, with a price tag of 900+ dollars you can do much better.
