So I have two separate reviews here, one for Lynn and one for Mary. Both were amazing and more people should go to this salon! This Review is for Mary! She did an amazing job on my manicure. At first I went in for a gelicure. She suggested I use the OPI instead of CND Shellac. But after only a couple days my OPI started peeling off. I went back in and she redid it (no extra charge). She gave me suggestions on what products to use on my hands since I have eczema. She's AMAZING. People should definitely go to Live Beautifully! Eco-friendly and amazing customer service. You won't be disappointed! I would give Lynn 10 stars if I could. I just got back from a color-cut-style with her. She knew I didn't want my hair much shorter, just with more texture and layers, and she did just that! She kept my length and actually made it look a little longer with the textured layers. I also wanted to try something new with my hair color. I told her i just wanted a few shades/tones of my natural dark brown-black color. She did that perfectly with a few streaks of lighter brown mixed and blended in with my natural color. She's AMAZING. She also waxed my eyebrows and did an amazing job. She also cut and colored my moms hair. My mom's hair is thinning and really sensitive to products. So she used the organic dyes and gave her bob. She also told us about switching hair parting to get more volume and keep the hair healthier. My mom's hair now looks fuller and thicker! I definitely recommend people go to Live Beautifully and see Lynn!!!!
Extensive, personal eye contact, really wanted to make her assessment, based on my history and her education, experience and today's trends. A history of her education, experience and future goals. Carefully and together we decided on a color, and process. The Shampoo and Massage was simply the ultimate in luxury, lasted at least 10 minutes..I Kid You Not: I fell asleep!!!!A first for me. Rhenna, could extend her shampoos to 30 minutes and I would happily pay her 50.00$, with a huge smile on my face!! Offerred refreshments, got comfortable as Rhenna transformed my half grey half faded highlighted brown hair, into the most gorgeous shade of red!!! Half way through the procedure, she wanted to add highlights to frame my face: perfect partial highlights that took her a trip to refill mixture-Rhenna did "a large volume partial" she coulda half-assed it..maybe I wouldn't of noticed,(I would, but others maybe not). The blow-out::the most extensive, long lasting, I actually never had my hair blown out that way, and I am a hair salon junky! Rhenna took her time: perfection!! Rhenna suggested a style change from my "bangs" what a difference!! Her attention to face shape and hair are spot in!! No pushing of products at all, I brought up the subject-I wanted Aveda color protectant products to protect this beautiful color!! The price? In this case you really do get what you pay for: about, 300.00$, if you think it's on the high side
This salon is the best! Look it up on yelp for more reviews. I went in because my hair is thinning and I needed to dye my hair. Lynn gave me a free consultation before the haircut to see what I wanted. She gave a few recommendations and told me she could lighten the roots to make my hair more natural. Lynn has honed her own style of dying from working at hair and fashion shows. Her signature coloring leaves hair with this glossy shiny look. My hair hadn't looked this good in months! She also knew my hair is thinning and more sensitive, so she used all natural dyes with no parabens or ammonia. Lynn was really careful in taking my needs into consideration. She also styled my hair after! I will definitely be coming back!!
