We have used Stephens for almost 40 years to service our plumbing, remodeling, heating and cooling. They have always done an OUTSTANDING job no matter how big or how small the task.Their charges reflect the skill and training of each of their very well qualified professional staff. with They come when they promise and stay until the job is done. They are friendly, courteous, helpful - and the cleanest contractors we have ever worked with. There have been times when we were pleasantly surprised because the actual bill ended up being LOWER than the estimate. (Now how many companies are that honest?) We recommend them VERY HIGHLY, and every referral we have made results in another very happy customer. They are simply the best!!!!!

Provided by DexKnowsSo I got quoted one price and approved it and then when all was said and done it was $100 more...I was not even asked, just given the bill. The work was good but I think it was ridiculous that parts costed $50 and labor was $250 for only an hour!
