        Excellent Support and Response

        I have had numerous Investment Adviser"s over the past 20 years and Tim's Biden support with Edward Jones has been the best I have ever had. Whenever I have called he has always called me back in a timely fashion and has been very thorough. I especially like the format of the monthly financial reports Edward Jones provides. They are very easy to read and informative; I don't know of any company that has done better relative to support and placing the customer first.
