Southside Family Practice

Wow, I have been coming to Southside Family Practice for years. My primary doctor is Dr. Horne. He was off the day I needed an appointment for jaw pain, runny nose, cough, and congestion. Therefore, I saw Dr. Kate. Worst mistake of my life. I just wasted my time. She wouldn't even touch me! When she walked in the room she eye balled me like I was a burden. Dr. Kate didn't even address my jaw issue. I had to ask her what to do about it! I understand doctors are hesitant to prescribe anything for pain, I was not asking for that. I was hoping to get some kind of direction to who to go to about it! After she was done with me stating very quickly and getting up fast "okay your all done here" I had to ask what to do about my jaw!!! She says I should go to an ear nose and throat doctor. SHE SHOULD HAVE REFERRED ME TO SOMEONE! She then says as we are already out of the room "ya know you can take an antihistamine for the pain." Are you kidding me?! All I wanted was a step on the right direction.

Office staff is totally rude, ignorant and disrespectful. They all seem to be depressed and hate their job!Never ever come here!!! They treat you like you don't exist and everything you have to say is irrelevant.

just one word describes this practice...FANTASIC!!!! Dr. K. Olsen and staff are the best!!! Even at my worst times, health wise...they have been there for me to get me back on my feet..thanks for all that you do and have dome for me....thanks Dave

Been going to them since I moved in the area 7yrs ago. Always treat nice and accommodated with and appt when I need one. Office staff has never been rude anything but nice.

The doctors are good but the attitudes from the front office staff was enough to make me switch practices after 11 years of seeing the same doctor.

Doctors are OK, they seem distracted/rushed, but they provide the very minimum to keep you satisfied as a patient. The office staff is disrespectful, rude and not at all compassionate for your health problems. If you would like to be treated like a human being, with respect, go somewhere else.

Do not go, I have not received a diagnosis from Southside in years, the staff is unconcerned with determining your ailment, and instead give general possibilities, but will gladly take your money. Go to a competent doctor instead. They do not even deserve one star
