I am EXTREMELY unimpressed with the unprofessionalism of the office and management staff of this mobile home community. I was TWO WEEKS trying to receive an answer from their office on if they would accept my mother's mobile home to put on one of their vacant lots. No one is every in their office to answer their phones, if you leave a message with their answering service, they never call you back, nor do they respond to your e-mails. FINALLY, after multiple phone calls and a couple of stern e-mails, they finally responded (VIA E-MAIL, didn't even have the professionalism to call me back) that they were unable to accommodate my mother.
Moving can be a very stressful and potentially need to happen in a very timely manor, when I explained that we were under some time constraints to move my mother's mobile home, you would have thought that would have been an important thing to keep in mind when responding to a potential client, obviously they do not value customer service!
