Brian was my next customer service experience...He made sure that I had everything that I needed to have my rims put on and had a smile that could light up a room. Then on my appointment day, Justin completed the final icing on the cake...He took care of my truck, ensured that everything that I asked for was taken care of and did an awesome job at putting the rims on. I had a great experience at Dover Pep Boys. Customer Service Rep. Bob was very helpful, polite, patient, and caring. I had to get new brakes, pads, and rotors--- he made sure my wait was pleasant and not long. Bob waited on me within a good time frame. Some items needed (in my price range) were out of stock, he made sure that I got best price for better grades. Bob explained the work involved explicitly. He demonstrated care for his customers. I just wanted to say, "thank you."
