ok so this is interesting..i have eaten in a lot of sushi bars..but this is a restaurant dedicated to sushi..hibachi cooking as well.. its really pricey but its really really really good! the taste is wonderful, fresh, and very delicious..my 2 1/2 toddler ate it..so it has to be good lol they even have a drive through which isnt your typical drive through..the wait is long but its cooked right there fresh just for you..the food that is..and the sushi is done fresh for you..no over cooked over heated nonsense..and no sushi thats soo dry that it sticks..its really great...if you have not gone there you must..its really different..
Every time i enter the restraunt, I am welcomed with a smile and friendly "hello". It is small and if you make the effort you are able to get to know the people who work there. I'm a regular costumer! The only bad thing is; I am allergic to shell fish...but because of the relationship i have made with them, they are very careful with me and are willing to change up a sushi role. Kyoto has been the only place to be this kind to me. I really love them for that and i will continue to give them my business.
When we went there we had a whole lot better experience than the other place like the buffet on the circle. The food looked cleaner, fresher, and all...but here again the desert bar was not full and it tasted like crap for the money they want. Cost about the same as their competitor but without a chocolate bar.
