Triple A Cab

This is the WORST taxi company in the whole city of Dothan, Alabama. This cab company has no customer service whatsoever. The driver we had was a young boy with long blonde hair and his name was Michelle. Not only was his service to us bad, but a boy named Michelle???? What's up with that??? This boy named Michelle wouldn't even stop at the store for us. And when we called this taxi, it was promised that the driver would be there in 15 minutes. Well, we waited alot of times more than 45 minutes to an hour before he showed up. Sometimes an older gentleman driver would pick us up and he was the nicest taxi driver to us. We asked him to stop at the store sometimes and he did, with no problems. This older gentleman was such a nice person, with excellent customer service skills. I wish i could remember his name. But i can't. This taxi company can surely benefit with this older driver. But Michelle wanted to give us too much lip when we asked to stop at a store. We could have used another taxi company within the city of Dothan, but we were told by the dispatcher that AAA Cab was the only cab in the area. So we had to suffer. Next time we're in Dothan, Alabama and need a taxi, we'll just buy a bicycle from Wal-Mart instead. I would not advise anyone to ride with AAA Cab from Dothan, Al. They have lousy service and Michelle was such an idiot. We still can't figure out a boy named Michelle.....LMAO!!!
