I will NEVER buy another car from here!!!! My purchase was made April 2016 when I was 9 months pregnant.WORDS CAN NOT EXPRESS HOW HURT I AM THAT I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF LIKE THIS.I will put this review on every site I can because Dothan Outlet Rental Cars Sales takes advantage of pregnant women, sold me a piece of junk I need $10,000 of repair and only drove 4 weeks before it almost killed me my kids, my newborn baby and nephew and now I may lose my job because I have no car!!!Then they tell me they can't help me. I work for a living to take care of my 4 kids, how can I afford a car payment on a car I can't drive because the engine and power steering are gone???? These are horrible people and I will let everyone know it.

Have bought many vehicles from this dealer in the past.....not anymore after the crappy experience my wife and I had there recently. This dealer has gone down hill in customer service and treatment. THEY SUCK NOW!! Will never do business with them ever again nor will anyone in our family.

This is the worst place to buy a car period. When you have an issue with them they put you on hold or tell you they'll call you back and never return your call! I paid cash for a truck from them and was told I had a warranty and my first oil change was free! Drove the truck less than a couple hundred miles and my AC went out! Come to find out that there was a leak in my compressor that wasn't evident until after a few days of driving if the freon was recently refilled! I took it back up there and I was told there was no documentation of a warranty and that they were charging me for the oil change! The customer service shown to paying customers is/was autrocious! It's a shame that this is what doing business in America has come to!!! I understand people in sales are making their living on getting items sold, but what happened to standing behind the merchandise, product, or item you're selling? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES NOR WILL I USE THEM AGAIN!!!
