I purchased a mother of the bride dress at the location on Montgomery highway. I was unsure about the dress but The sales lady assured me it looked great. My daughter loved it. I felt uneasy about the purchase. The next day or so I called to exchange the dress for something I felt more comfortable in. I was informed THEN that they had a no return policy. The sales lady said there was a sign that stated that. She said it was also on the receipt. The receipt AFTER you purchase the dress. She informed me it was there policy to never exchange a dress. That would be OK if she had informed me of this. I never saw the sign. The only statement she could make was "This is our policy" . A policy is fine if you let your customer know. Now I'm stuck with a dress that I don't like. She did see what we can do, but she never called. I'm disappointed. I know some people buy dresses, wear them to function and then return them. That was not the case. So buyer beware.
