After graduating, Mr. Gonzalez worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Broward County, having handled thousands of criminal cases. While working as Chief PD, Mr. Mumford worked on many types of criminal cases ranging from DUI to Murder. After accomplishing his intended goals there, Mr. Mumford returned to The Ticket Clinic, to become lead trial counsel in our West Palm Beach office.

Drew Fritsch, Esq. graduated from the University ofÂ Â Dayton School ofÂ Â Law in 1997. Since then he has worked as an Assistant State Attorney, Assistant Statewide Prosecutor and had his own criminal defense firm for several years in Southwest Florida. During his career as a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney he has handled cases ranging from traffic tickets to homicide cases. Benjamin J Baxter, Esq. earned his law degree from Michigan State University. After graduating, he began his career as an Assistant State Attorney in Brevard County and Palm Beach County. As an Assistant State Attorney, he supervised and trained county court attorneys, made filing decisions on DUI cases, wrote appellate briefs on behalf of the State Attorneyâ€™s office, and handled DUI, Misdemeanor, and Felony cases. Richard A. Alexander, Esq. graduated from The University of South Florida in 1993, where he majored in History. In 1996, he became a graduate of the Mercer School of Law, in Macon, Georgia. Upon graduation, he became an Assistant State Attorney in and for the 6th Judicial Circuit, encompassing Pinellas and Pasco Counties, where he prosecuted cases ranging from criminal traffic, domestic violence, juvenile and felonies. In 2001, he went into private practice as an associate with the law firm of Frazer, Hubbard, Brandt & Trask, in Dunedin, Florida, practicing civil and criminal law, with an emphasis in municipality law.Â Â In 2004, he opened his own practice concentrating on criminal defense and personal injury. He has conducted over 100 trials, argued hundreds of motions, scores of evidentiary hearings, to include the preparation and testimony of law enforcement officers, victims, and civilian witnesses. In 2020, he accepted a position as an associate at The Ticket Clinic, Tampa. He has been a featured seminar speaker in DUI Law, has had numerous law-related articles published, and radio contributor providing legal analysis on The Consumer Quarterback Show. An educator since 2001 and currently an adjunct professor at Everglades University, specializing in Ethics, Contracts and Business Law.
